atlantics.dev is a software studio based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. We are responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at info@atlantics.dev.

Contact form: your name, email, company, the services you select and your message.

Usage analytics: anonymous, aggregated visit statistics through Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you.

Technical logs: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running.

We use your contact details only to answer your inquiry and, if you want, to prepare a proposal. We don't add you to newsletters or marketing lists, and we never sell or rent your data.

Vercel (website hosting and analytics), Resend (delivery of the contact form email) and Google Workspace (our email). These providers may store data outside Argentina, including in the United States, under their own security and privacy commitments.

We keep inquiry emails for as long as the conversation needs, and up to 24 months for our records. If you become a client, your data is handled under the terms of our agreement.

You can ask us to access, correct, update or delete your data, or to stop using it, by writing to info@atlantics.dev. We reply within 10 business days.

In Argentina, your rights are protected by Law 25.326. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP), as the enforcement authority of Law 25.326, handles complaints regarding non-compliance with personal data protection rules.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, you also have the rights granted by the GDPR, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
